For now I would like to offer the following dates and times for my first round of visits to your schools. It looks like we will do one visit in February, and then two in March, the first at the beginning of the month; the second, towards the end.
I could do Jones County on Monday, February 9, see Andrea and Pearl, may be to also include Putnam, to visit with Tessa.
February 11, to Bibb, Kenny and Juan.
I will leave Washington to February 13, with a visit to Ashli.
In all three days the range of my availability would be 9:00 am -1:00 pm Please let me know if the dates and times above are doable., and provide more detail on your schedule. Also, state how long your periods are. Do you have any block scheduling? I could return to complete the first round on 2/16 and/or 2/18, if necessary.
Hello! I am no longer in Bibb county, I have moved over to Jones County High School, just up the road from Grey Station. If you would like to do a triple header on Monday I could certainly help you with that. I will look over what times I have what periods tomorrow.
My first class starts at 9:25 and I know I will be teaching them a new technique. Also, I have another one at 10:10. Either of those is fine by me just let me know what you decide.

During this class period I will be teaching 8th graders. We are finishing up a lesson on Optical art. When the class is close to being finished, we go ahead and introduce the next unit, so I will be introducing Pop art to my students and then if time allows, we will finish production on the Optical art pieces.
That works for me! Monday may be a production day, but that should be fine. You will most likely be observing me circulate the room to talk to student's about their work.

I also would like to make sure that we will have some time to chat at then end of my visit. This being my first visits, I think we are going to need to contextualize a good deal before we could be sure that we are speaking the same language/s. We will need to become translators for one another on a number of different levels and layers. This is going to be a lot of fun. I could see already. My first period is planning. Second period I will be taking over for the first time on Monday, it is 9-9:50. Third is the painting class I have had the longest, they are 9:55-10:45 4th is 10:50-11:40 5th 11:45-12:55 6th 1:25-2:15 7th: 2:20-3:10 After my third period class everyone will be in the computer lab working photo projects. My painting classes (2nd and 3rd) are wrapping up projects, reviewing for a test, and doing light critique.
OK, I could be there close to 8:45, may be a little past, on Wednesday, 2/11. Please confirm, as well as tell me a little about what to expect when I am there. Thanks YM
the 13tha nd 16th dont work for me because there is no school for washington county on those days, the 18th might work but im not sure at this point what will be happening. the best day for me right now would be tomorrow, friday the 6th around 12:45. i know that is really last minute, but if that works for you that would be great. if not the we can talk about another date, so just let me know! thanks!

Please confirm, and if unknown, please suggest time on the dates I have identified.
Also, please tell me a little more about what I should expect to see when I visit. You could do this by either posting to this blog, or by sending me an e-mail.
Furthermore, conform that we would be able to have a post observation session following my the period of my visit.

Friday, 1/13 will not work. The students will not be there. It is the beginning of their winter break. Monday, 2/9 would be best, but Wednesday, 2/11 works too.
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Friday 2/20 should be great. Either time works for me. I would prefer 9:25-10:55, but the other time works as well. See you Friday the 20th! Thanks again.
